The associates in this key position must be web-savvy and have strong customer service skills. This is a unique and flexible role that includes interfacing with many different parts of the company, including our sales, marketing and technology teams.

Responsibilities:
Service and support our 1,000-plus advertiser clients
Consult with our sales team and prospective clients
Assist with new client account setup
Analyze and respond to inquiries from existing clients
Help clients measure their success and ROI from Indeed
Prepare reporting and account documentation
Diagnose and solve technical problems
Requirements:
Passion for client service
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
Can-do attitude with a service-oriented approach
Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
2-5 years experience preferred; new college graduates considered
BA/BS degree
